Morgan’s Penetrating Seal is formulated to maintain a tile or stones original color whilst creating a stain resistant and water proof finish. Morgan’s recommend this product for tile installations that will be maintained with solvent based strippers or cleaning agents. Penetrating Seal is also recommended as a pre-gout sealer for porous tiles vulnerable to grout staining.
