Resinflex One Pack is a single pack rubber based adhesive designed to have crack bridging performance to 3mm and impact sound insulation to L’nT,w <62 dB when determined under AS/ISO 717-2/2004. Just add Resinflex One Pack to water to prepare an AS4992 C2S2F flexible adhesive that reduces sound transmission and that is shock and vibration resistant. Resinflex One Pack reduces construction costs by eliminating a polyurethane matt & adhesive when applied with 12mm trowel.

Precautions

unsuitable for:
  • bonding to MDF board or timber and wax impregnated wood
  • Bonding to substrates subject to constant water immersion
JOINT GROUTING PRECAUTIONS
  • DO NOT use excessive amounts of water during mixing or initial cleaning as this will cause irregular colour finishes and also weaken the grout.
  • DO NOT mix the grout with an electric drill above 300 RPM as this can entrap air into the mix causing grout to dry soft and powdery or with unsightly pin holes in the surface.
  • All grouts should be Damp Cured for 48 hours. Refer to the Australian Standard AS 3958 Part 1 Section 5.7.3.
